RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Thank you for purchasing a FOUND BY TWO item, if you require the item to be returned or exchanged please read our conditions below.
By processing your payment with Found by Two, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding shipping and any returns of your purchases.
All return policies issued by FOUND BY TWO abide by and are in line with the Australia Consumer Law (ACL) and comply with your Statutory Rights.

*NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS

RETURNS POLICY
- Our returns policy lasts 5 days from when you receive your purchase. Please
note we only offer a store credit not a refund. A refund will only be provided if
an item is assessed and deemed as faulty. If 5 days have passed since you
received your goods unfortunately we are unable to offer you a credit, refund
or exchange. As we are a small business and do not stock large quantities of
items and an exchange may not be possible.

- All item(s) to be returned must be in their original, unworn, unwashed
condition. All tags and incidentals (i.e. spare buttons) must be attached.

- Please take care when trying on the item as we are not able to accept returns
with makeup stains. If the item is deemed unsellable it will simply be returned
to the customer.

- By purchasing from FOUND BY TWO, you have accepted the possibility of slight
variations in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly
different dependant on individual monitor settings and devices.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
1. Read the Returns Policy information above to ensure you qualify to make a

return.
2. Email us at foundbytwo@gmail.com with your details and reason you wish to return item.
3. Once we have replied to you will need to cover the return postage, please also ensure to send your packing slip with an activated tracking number and have this information accessible.

STOLEN PARCELS
It is the customers responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. FOUND BY TWO is not responsible for any stolen or missing parcels once an order has been delivered to the nominated address.
